New Company to Focus on Billing System Implementations, Conversions and Outsourced Billing Administration

Dallas, TX, February 2, 2010 - Linnabery Telecom and Video today announced that it is re-launching the Company under the new name of LTV Partners, LLC (www.LTVPartnersLLC.com). LTV Partners will focus on providing world-class, independent, expert support and consulting services for billing system implementations and conversions as well as outsourced billing administration for LTV customers. Through its combination of vendor application depth and operational experience, LTV Partners is uniquely qualified to help companies rationalize their billing systems in the context of system conversions and the introduction of new services.

Given the ongoing industry consolidation and rapid pace of new service introduction within the Cable Multiple System Operator (MSO) and convergent services (i.e., "Triple Play") markets addressed by billing system vendors, there is an acute need for professional services which cost-effectively address the integration and management of billing system applications within customer-specific operational environments.
